SIDDHI FORGE PVT. LTD. specializes in the manufacturing of Forging and Machined components for the automotive and general engineering industries. Since its inception in 1995, SIDDHI FORGE has continually striven to be a premier player in its chosen area through its single-minded focus on quality.

We have the know-how as well as the technical ability to successfully develop import substitute items, which our customers have wholeheartedly accepted. Our Group turnover is about Rs. 100 Crore.

Indeed, twenty five years of excellence in the making of Forging and Machined components is the strong foundation which SIDDHI FORGE today proudly stands on.

Infrastructure

SIDDHI FORGE’s existing premises is spread over an area of 35000 sq.mtr. with the factory building admeasuring 15,000 sq.mtr. It is located in MIDC Ahmednagar, 110 kms away from Pune in the midst of conveniences like Machining, Fabrication, Electroplating, Sheet metal, Seamless Tube, etc. This strategic location gives us an advantage in ensuring on-time delivery.
Our plant comprises state-of –the-art facilities for Forging, Machining and Tool & Die making together with effective QC system. We have modern Forging shop with Forging Press setups, Ring Rolling setups, Hammer set ups & Screw press set ups. Machine Shop set up is with HMC, VMC, CNC Turning, CNC Grinding & other machines.

We are equipped to manufacture forging up to 25 Kgs weight & 350 Dia. Total forging manufacturing capacity is 18000 tons per year.

We have an ISO 9001-2015 and IATF 16949:2016 Quality system in place & it is certified by TUV Germany.

Quality of our products is assured at every stage of manufacturing right from raw material purchase up to final dispatch of finished products to customers. Quality control set up includes sophisticated equipment like Spectrometer, CMM(Co ordinate Measuring Machine), Surface finish checking machine, Contracer & Testing LAB.

With a workforce of 800 people, our team is our biggest asset. Qualified, Competent and dedicated, our professionals work passionately with the objective of maximizing the company’s goals. Continuous training is given to all our employees at every level to improve their technical and behavioral skills. Various in-house competitions like CIP, Poka-yoke, Kaizen and suggestion scheme are part of our organizational culture.
