Siddhi Forge can manufacture forgings up to 25 kg in weight and up to 350 mm in diameter. The total annual forging manufacturing capacity is 18,000 tons per year.

Siddhi Forge operates five key manufacturing departments:

  •  Designing & Tool Room — In-house die and tooling manufacturing
  •  Forge Shop — Forging press setups, ring rolling, hammer setups, and screw press setups
  •  Heat Treatment Shop — In-house heat treatment for metallurgical properties
  •  Machine Shop — HMC, VMC, CNC Turning, CNC Grinding, and other precision machines
